  • Dr. Glenn Staples

    CEO

    Glenn Staples co-founded MSO International in 2008 and has driven its growth since then. He is an entrepreneur, having also started successful businesses in the air ambulance, private hospitals and private schools’ industries. As a medical doctor, Glenn has 25 years of experience in emergency medicine, anaesthetics, aeromedical services and critical care. Glenn is an MBA graduate and is currently an auditor for EURAMI (European Aeromedical Institute).

  • Julian Gutuza

    COO

    Julian Gutuza is the Chief Operations Officer for MSO International having joined the company in 2023. Julian was previously the Service Executive and Operations Executive at PruHealth and Discovery Health respectively, and has completed an Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford - Said Business School.

  • Brett Muir

    ICT Director

    Brett Muir co-founded MSO International in 2008. Originally qualified as a teacher, Brett changed career paths early on to become an advanced life support paramedic. Brett is a successful entrepreneur, having also co-founded an air ambulance, private hospital and remote-site medical business. Brett has been running ICT for MSO International since 2016. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership.
