What options are available for providers to submit claims to MSO International?

Providers have access to a range of flexible solutions for submitting claims, ensuring efficient and streamlined processing:

Electronic Claims Submission

Providers equipped with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability can electronically submit claims directly to MSO International’s system. This automated process facilitates swift and accurate transmission of claim data.

Integration with HMIS Systems

MSO International is at the forefront of integrating with leading Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) providers across Africa. Through this integration, providers can seamlessly transmit digital claim batches from their HMIS systems directly to MSO International, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing processing times.

Web Portal Submission

For providers without access to HMIS systems, MSO International offers a user-friendly web portal for convenient claim submission. Manual Claims Submission

In situations where electronic submission is not feasible, providers retain the option to manually submit claims via email to MSO International. While this method may require additional steps for data entry, MSO International ensures prompt capture and processing of manually submitted claims to minimise delays.
